QUALITY IN A PRODUCT OR SERVICE
"Quality in a product or service is not what the supplier puts in. It is what the consumer gets out and is willing to pay for. A product is not quality because it is hard to make and costs a lot of money, as manufacturers typically believe. This is incompetence. Customers pay only for what is of use to them and gives them value. Nothing else constitutes quality."
Peter F. Drucker
The purpose for this sight is to create a sort of resource library dealing with office products. I having been in the industry for over 30 years have seen tremendous changes bringing obsolescence to many "staples" (pun intended) such as carbon paper, multitudes of columnar and ledger books and sheets, typewriters, etc. With the accelerated changes from today's rapid advances in technologies the new items and outdated items will increase exponentially.
I am inundated daily with neat new products from manufacturers that I believe have a niche somewhere within my diverse customer base, yet I find it increasingly difficult to get this information to the end user, and that is what I hope to accomplish with this site. I will have manufacturer links, product, special offer and rebate information, as well as an occasional quote and anecdote.
